Our villas are brand new, beautifully decorated with modern interiors, and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

• Akoya Pearl Villa accommodates up to 9 guests.

• Black Pearl Villa accommodates up to 10 guests.

• Small Pearls accommodates up to 2 or 3 guests (available depending on the season).

 

Each villa features a private pool, Mediterranean garden, and sunbathing area, offering stunning sea views and plenty of space to unwind.

Our location in Ambelas is truly unique — just steps away from one of Paros’ most beautiful crystal-clear beaches and a variety of excellent local restaurants, all easily reachable on foot. You won’t need a car to enjoy your stay, but if you wish to explore further, the charming town of Naoussa is only 8 minutes away.

 

In addition to the villas, we also offer three smaller apartments (available depending on the season), perfect for couples or guests looking for a cozy seaside retreat.
